The Habitat for Aviation Women Build Planes team will visit our Vermont State Capitol in Montpelier to gain insight into the workings of government and share our passion for aviation. Our visit will raise awareness about our Women Build Planes program, highlighting our mission to empower women and youth in aerospace through hands-on learning and mentorship.

Our presentation will explore emerging leadership, breaking barriers, the power of mentorship, and self-empowerment. Through hands-on activities and inspiring stories, we will demonstrate how fostering a supportive environment enables individual growth, ultimately strengthening team performance.
